This Return Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for tutoring services purchased from Coolingmaster. Because our offerings consist of scheduled digital sessions, we manage returns through service credits and flexible scheduling rather than product shipments.
Monthly Subscriptions
All subscription plans renew automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel future renewals at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period, and you can continue using any remaining sessions until that date.
Session Credits and Unused Hours
Unused session hours remain available during the active billing period. Upon cancellation, any unused hours expire at the end of the current term unless otherwise required by local law. In special circumstances such as extended medical leave, we may extend credit validity upon request.
Refund Eligibility
- Full refunds are offered within 7 days of initial purchase if no tutoring sessions have been used.
- Partial refunds may be provided if technical issues prevent access to services and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- No refunds are issued for sessions already delivered, missed appointments, or late cancellations outside the allowed window.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start without penalty. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered used. Emergencies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis; please contact us as soon as possible if unavoidable circumstances arise.
Custom Programs and Group Workshops
Programs that require dedicated curriculum development or group coordination may include specific cancellation terms outlined in your service agreement. Deposits for these engagements are generally non-refundable once planning has begun.
How to Request a Refund or Credit
To request a refund, credit, or schedule adjustment, contact our support team with your account email, program details, and reason for the request. We review all submissions within two business days and will confirm the outcome by email.
Chargebacks
If a payment dispute is filed with your bank or card issuer, your account may be suspended until the matter is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first so we can investigate and address any concerns directly.
